Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse products on evermanshop.com, choose size/color, and select Add to cart → Checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation once dispatched.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available), and select local methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify’s PCI-compliant providers.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, email info@evermanshop.com with the subject “Change/Cancel Order #<number>”. We’ll do our best to help. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible; you may return the item per our Return Policy.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes—our prices are shown in EUR and include VAT according to Slovak & EU rules. A VAT invoice is emailed after purchase. For business invoices, enter company details and VAT ID at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver to Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Romania, and Bulgaria.
How long does delivery take?
- Slovakia & Czechia: 2–4 working days
 - Poland, Hungary, Austria: 3–6 working days
 - Germany, Romania, Bulgaria: 4–8 working days
 
You’ll receive a tracking link when your parcel ships. Delivery times may vary during holidays or sale periods.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on destination and will be shown at checkout. Watch for free-shipping promotions via our newsletter.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or track directly on the courier’s website with your tracking number.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size guide with measurements. Between sizes? Choose one size up for a relaxed fit, or contact us for tailored advice.
Are items true to size?
Yes—our apparel follows European sizing standards. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email info@evermanshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share the return address and next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable service.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. For a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return, back to the original payment method.

Is checkout secure?
Yes—our store uses SSL encryption and trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We don’t store your full card details.
